Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor
A Team Leader or Supervisor is a first line management role, with operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
Working across a variety of sectors and in all sizes of organisations, key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and external.
Course Information
- To be working as a supervisor or a first line manager
- Ideally Grade C/4 or functional skills Level 2. If don’t have these, you will work towards functional skills Level 2 alongside.
The EPA consists of:

- Presentation with Q&A

- Upon successful completion apprentices are graded: Pass or Distinction
Learners will understanding of analytics and measuring team performance.
